You will have access to the community center, the clubhouse and the heated pool – covered by your Home Owner Association fee (HOA). Two miles from the gated community is Willow Lake where you can enjoy fishing, hiking or picnics. Prescott is only four miles away.
Hassayampa Village
You can find the perfect site and build the home of your dreams in this gated, master planned community. Mature oak and pine trees offer a secluded feel to the 550 acres that make up the Hassayampa Village. The community is still developing and you can choose from single-family homes or condos. The community is not age restricted, but it is popular with seniors and active adults. The clubhouse offers a playground, volleyball and tennis courts, as well as a state-of-the art fitness center. Prescott Lakes
Plenty of amenities make this master planned community and private golf community an attractive location. The landscaping and views are just bonuses. You can choose from gated communities within the 1150 acres of Prescott Lakes, or one of the five non-gated communities. Two of the neighborhoods, The Cottages by Del Webb and Willow Parks Estates, have age restrictions. All of the communities offer a wide range of home designs and sizes or home sites.
Talking Rock
Pick your view in this master planned community: golf; mountain or valley. You can move right into an existing home or build a custom home on your own lot. Choose from ranch style cottages or a luxury homes around the 3,600-acre community. The private golf course preserves the natural surroundings while creating a challenging course for golfers. You can choose homes that start as small as 1000 sq. ft. or go up to 1700 sq. ft. in this 55+ community.
